Keith Laabs is the CEO of Kind Behavioral Health, an autism services provider based in North Carolina. He oversees Kind’s strategic priorities and external relations functions. Keith joined the NALC’s Board with deep experience in building organizations and financial management.

Prior to joining Kind Behavioral Health, Keith was part of the executive leadership team of Rubicon Technologies, a waste management platform leveraging technology to help drive environmental innovation. He began his career in management consulting at Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company. Keith holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
