ABA Access and Enforcement Initiative

The primary outcome of this project is to fundamentally improve the enforcement landscape for access to ABA by providing, for the first time, the ability to capture and analyze claims denial data in powerful detail across a number of fields that can be used for concrete enforcement actions.  This will be aided by authoritative analyses of insurer medical necessity guidelines that contravene clinical and legal standards which will in turn help “clear the field” as the profession formulates its own compilations of professional standards.  The project will also foster a more knowledgeable, unified and impactful community of ABA practitioners and consumers.
